The company began its operations in 2014 with the aim of serving and supplying masterbatch as a product to our valued customers. Our plant facilities are based in Silvassa, the Polyester Textile Yarn manufacturing hub of India, which contributes to more than 75% of Polyester Yarn production of India. Our Technical Team has over 25 Years of expertise in the field of master batch for textile application.
Facilities at Rainbow Pigments Pvt. Ltd. consists of latest and proven Twin Screw Extrusion technology applicable for master batch manufacturing for a variety of applications.
Our Research and Development amenities include world-renowned Pilot Spinning lines capable of manufacturing and testing POY, FDY and BCF yarn for Polyester, Polypropylene and Nylon materials. Our pilot lines are capable of delivering excellent yarn performance and display properties similar to commercial yarn production lines.
Apart from these our lab is equipped with advance testing facilities like Washing Fastness, Sublimation Fastness, Friction Texturizing, Twisting equipment, Rubbing Fastness, Spectrophotometer, IV Testing, Filter Pressure Value testing etc.
The Management Team is a group of highly motivated individuals who anchor the organization to relentlessly provide world class products. The management team comprises of leaders with excellent domain knowledge across the broad cross-functional divisions of yarn manufacturing. The Management is committed to international norms of corporate governance and strongly believes in compliance with all the statutory regulations and the laws of the land.
